By using rankify.lol, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

The service

Rankify is a public leaderboard: you pay to claim a rank, and you hold it until someone pays more than you did. The exact mechanics — minimum bids, how ties are broken, what you can and can't list — are set out on the Rules page, which is part of these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter a binding agreement to use the payment method you provide.

Payments

All bids are processed immediately through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, and are final — once a payment completes and claims a rank, it is not refundable, including if you're later outbid. Prices are in US dollars. Using Lemon Squeezy also means you're bound by Lemon Squeezy's own terms for the payment itself.

Content and moderation

You're responsible for what you submit, and it must follow the Rules. We can remove a listing that violates them or that we otherwise believe is harmful, illegal, or abusive, and can refuse or take down a listing at our discretion. Removing a listing doesn't refund the bid that placed it.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is," without any guarantee of uptime, traffic, clicks, or business results from holding a rank. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms. See also our Privacy Policy.
