By using rankify.lol, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

The service

Rankify sells sponsored placements on a public leaderboard: you pay to claim a rank, and you hold it until someone pays more than you did for the same spot. The exact mechanics — minimum prices, how ties are broken, what you can and can't list — are set out on the Rules page, which is part of these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter a binding agreement to use the payment method you provide.

Pricing

There is no fixed price — you choose how much to pay for your spot. Minimum prices, the cost to take #1, and how ties are broken are all set out in full on the Rules page. All prices are in US dollars.

Payments

Payments are processed immediately through a third-party payment processor (currently PayPal or Dodo Payments, depending on what's active at the time — we use more than one so the site keeps working if any single provider has an outage or account issue). We never see or store your full card details; the processor handles that directly and is bound by its own terms for the payment itself.

Refunds and cancellations

All purchases are final. Once a payment completes and claims a rank, it is not refundable, including if someone later pays more for the same spot, or if we remove your listing for violating the Rules. There is no subscription to cancel — every purchase is a single, one-time payment.

Delivery / shipping

Rankify is a fully digital service — there are no physical goods and nothing is shipped. A completed payment takes effect immediately: your listing goes live on the leaderboard as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Content and moderation

You're responsible for what you submit, and it must follow the Rules. We can remove a listing that violates them or that we otherwise believe is harmful, illegal, or abusive, and can refuse or take down a listing at our discretion. Removing a listing doesn't refund the payment that placed it.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is," without any guarantee of uptime, traffic, clicks, or business results from holding a rank. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms. See also our Privacy Policy.
